These Terms govern your use of the Global Textiles website and contact form. They do not yet cover any future B2B portal or e-commerce features.

2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational and lets you send a business inquiry. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of civil law. Commercial terms are agreed individually in writing with each customer.

- Provide accurate business contact details when you submit the form.
- Use the site only for lawful B2B purposes related to textile private-label cooperation.
4. Intellectual property
All content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Global Textiles or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without prior written consent, except for normal viewing and printing for internal evaluation.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that the content is free from errors or up to date. We may modify or remove content at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The contact form uses Formspree (USA) for form handling. We also run privacy-friendly analytics via Umami (cloud.umami.is, EU-hosted) without advertising cookies. See the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for details on data and cookies.
8. Future B2B portal
If we launch a login-based B2B portal (e.g., browsing offers, building inquiry carts), separate or updated terms will apply and will be presented for acceptance there.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
